Pricing and Payments
Prices for our services are based on the type and scope of service required, which are detailed on our booking platform. We provide clear, upfront pricing to ensure transparency. Payments can be made securely through our online platform using major credit cards or other approved payment methods.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Services can be scheduled at your convenience via our user-friendly online platform. We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation policies. Clients can reschedule or cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalty. For cancellations within 24 hours, a fee of 50.00 dollar may apply.
User Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide a safe and accessible environment for our service providers. This includes disclosing any hazardous conditions, securing pets, and providing necessary access to facilities. Personal preferences and specific instructions should be communicated before service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Valuable Items If you possess items that are delicate, hold sentimental value, or are highly valuable and you prefer they remain untouched during our services, please inform our Team. We will ensure to note your special instructions on your work order to accommodate your preferences.
Our Accidental Damage Policy
In the event any of our staff should accidentally cause damage, our policy is that the staff must report it to the office immediately. One of our Management Team Members will then contact you, the customer, to discuss whether the item will require repair or replacement.
